Quavo is back with a new release, "Trappa Rappa," out now via Quality Control Music/Motown Records. This marks his first official drop of the year, following a huge 2024 that saw him honored with the Variety Hitmakers Humanitarian of the Year Award.
The track comes with a music video directed by Hidji, showing Quavo in Atlanta as he reflects on his journey to the top. He first teased the song on a livestream with Kai Cenat, then hyped it up on Instagram with a push-up challenge. NBA star Trae Young even shared a preview, adding to the anticipation.
