Tay Spades is looking to close out the year on a strong note, and starts by delivering a new single titled "GYAT!" He enlists Sha EK as the special guest, a rising Bronx talent who is currently signed to Warner Records.
"GYAT! is a head nod to the Tri-State.. [just] having fun, combining a New York flow with a New Jersey swing. It was initially a record I made for women... [you know] a fun record... but Sha thought it could cater to both genders. So [you know] he brought his energy and came through with another vibe! It came together perfectly. We might actually be an unstoppable duo [haha]!"
This serves as the second official release between the duo, following up "Schemin" from August. Based on the feedback from both records, hopefully the two have more in the vault together.
As for Tay, "GYAT!" is his fourth drop of 2023 ("Schemin," "Moscow Freestyle," "The Party"), and as mentioned earlier, Tay plans to have a busy fourth quarter so stay tuned for more as he closes out the year.
