Premiere: Melvy Pockets - "Sex Pistol" (Video)

Melvy Pockets is a 19 year old artist from a city just west of Toronto called Brampton. He’s been making a name for himself doing a ton of local shows and building a fan base for his online releases. His music mashes urban genres of rap, trap and r&b and makes for catchy upbeat records. Working on his debut EP release “The Golden Child” for this winter, Melvy has been releasing a string of singles online for fans leading up to the project drop. The kid sings with melodies but raps heavy conscious bars over melodic trap beats. Melvy touches on the topics of the U.S Government, Donald Trump, Segregation, Racism and Loyalty. "$ex Pistol" is the first official video single from the EP and was shot and directed by TC Spades. The song is a smooth, instrumental that Melvy floats over with impressive flows and melody.
